RaVedic Aura Pvt. Ltd.

1. Purpose

These Policies & Procedures define the standards, rules, and ethics expected from all RaVedic Aura Distributors / Members. Every registered member must read, understand, and agree to abide by these policies.

2. Code of Ethics

• Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and fairness.
• Avoid any activity that may harm the company’s reputation.
• Respect and support their upline and downline members.
• Ensure that no false, exaggerated, or misleading claims are made about products or income potential.
• Always represent RaVedic Aura as a legitimate Direct Selling business, not a money circulation scheme.

3. Product Purchase

• All purchases must be made through authorized company channels or official distributors.
• Distributors must not stockpile or force sales on others.
• Product prices and offers are predefined by the company—no personal discounts or price alterations are allowed.
• Products are for resale and personal use only.

4. Product Return & Refund Policy

• Distributors or customers may return products within 30 days of purchase if the product is damaged, defective, or unopened and unused.
• A valid invoice/bill must be presented for all returns.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed as per the company’s Return Policy.

5. Commission & Incentives

• Income is generated solely through sale of products, not through recruitment.
• Commissions are calculated as per the RaVedic Aura Compensation Plan.
• Payouts are made weekly & monthly, subject to applicable TDS / GST deductions.
• The company reserves the right to withhold commissions pending verification of any suspected violations.

6. Sponsorship Rules

• A new distributor must be personally sponsored by an existing member.
• Cross-line sponsorship, manipulation of genealogy, or re-registration under another ID is strictly prohibited.
• Any such misconduct may result in termination of distributorship.

7. Advertising & Promotion

• Distributors are not allowed to create or publish their own promotional materials without written company approval.
• The official logo, brand name, and product images must be used as provided by RaVedic Aura.
• Misuse of the company name or spreading false advertisements will lead to disciplinary action.

8. Online Conduct

• Online sales, marketing, or promotions must comply with company policies.
• Distributors must not post misleading income claims or false testimonials.
• Use of social media should positively represent the brand.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All company data, distributor lists, and business information are confidential.
• Sharing internal data, commission reports, or business details with outsiders is strictly forbidden.

10. Termination of Distributorship

• A distributor’s membership may be suspended or terminated if found guilty of:
  • Policy violations or unethical conduct
  • Misrepresentation of company products or plan
  • Dual ID creation or fraudulent registration
  • Involvement with competing MLM companies
  • Legal or financial misconduct
• Upon termination, all rights, commissions, and benefits are forfeited.
• The individual cannot represent or promote RaVedic Aura in any way.

11. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall be resolved through amicable discussion.
• If unresolved, they will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Jurisdiction will lie exclusively in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Amendments

RaVedic Aura reserves the right to amend or modify these policies at any time. Updates will be communicated via official channels or website.

13. Declaration

By becoming a distributor of RaVedic Aura Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Policies & Procedures, Terms & Conditions, and Marketing Plan.
